I have been a stylist since 1990, although I actually started doing hair when I was 5. I would pretend to be a hairstylist on my dolls, family, friends and even our dog! They all got haircuts.

This ever changing industry keeps things exciting and is one of the reasons I love doing what I do every day.
I pride myself on being a great listener. It is important to find out what the client likes about their hair, but just as important to find what they don't. I also like to get to know my client's personality and lifestyle so that I can create just the right look for every client.
Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to attend The Vidal Sassoon Hair Academy in London, I learned all about precision hair cutting as well as bone structure in the head, neck and face and how important it is to accentuate each clients best features.
Over the years, I have learned many other cutting techniques and I incorporate different ones depending on the clients needs to make sure their hair is fashionable but easy for them to recreate at home.
I absolutely love doing Keratin smoothing treatments because it gives my clients shinier, healthier, and more manageable hair.
I love all types of color but my favorite thing to do is multi-dimensional blondes
Being a blonde myself, I understand how very important it is to get just the right tone for each person.
When I'm not in the salon I am most always on the go, shopping, walking my dogs and spending time with my 3 girls. My husband and I spend a lot of time cooking and entertaining with family and friends. I also love fitting yoga in whenever I can, because it helps keep me relaxed and balanced.

Sara and I opened Taglio salon in 2006. It has been such a rewarding experience! Our vision was to create a clean atmosphere with a great vibe that is professional but also fun and positive.
Our ultimate goal is to meet and exceed every client's expectations!
