Your appointments are very important to us.  we carefully plan each appointment to allow the correct timing for each service.  please keep in mind that Missed appointments not only result in lost wages for your stylist, but also keep other clients from receiving services.

Our Cancellation policy: if you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at 508-655-3500 no later than 5pm the day prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service(s) scheduled.  

 

A client that is a “no-show” will be charged 100% of services scheduled.  These fees must be paid promptly.  A new appointment may not be scheduled until the fee is paid.  All future appointments and online booking will be suspended.

Last minute service reductions:  should you consider eliminating a service that has been scheduled without prior notice, you will still be responsible for paying the cost of that service (as the time has been specifically reserved for you). Please allow enough time for the appointments you have scheduled to avoid time constraints.  Ask our appointment coordinator for the duration of your appointment when scheduling.

TARDINESS POLICY: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be obligated to shorten or reschedule your services (Policy fees may be applied).

Taglio Salon offers confirmation for your appointment.  we ask that you verify your contact information (as well as confirmation preferences) with our appointment coordinators.  Confirmations are done as a courtesy, therefore, . taglio salon is not responsible for missed appointments if you do not receive one. we encourage you to call If you are unsure of your service  or need to confirm the date/time of your visit.
