Policy

If you have been exposed to covid-19 or are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment. while We have relaxed our cancellation policy During this pandemic, to protect our clients and our staff, We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible.   With COvid-19 restrictions and protocols, every appointment is more important than ever.  Please read below for taglio salon's cancellation policy.  repeat occurrences will result in full enforcement of the policy. 

Help us keep our doors open.

Your appointments are very important to us.  we carefully plan each appointment to allow the correct timing for each service.  please keep in mind that Missed appointments not only result in lost wages for your stylist, but also keep other clients from receiving services. 

 

We understand that, on occasion, unavoidable emergencies happen.  we will do our best to work with you, However, if cancellations or “no shows” become a constant occurrence, Taglio Salon’s cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

 

Our standard policy: if a client cancels an appointment 3 times without a minimum of 24 hours notice, that client will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of services scheduled.  A client that is a “no-show” will be charged for 100% of the value of services scheduled after a second occurrence.  These fees must be paid  by phone or in person for prior to scheduling another appointment. 

After multiple occurrences: further action may be taken and clients will be asked to sign and agree to terms and conditions.

Last minute service reductions:  should you consider eliminating a service, that has been scheduled, without 24 hr notice, you will still be responsible for paying the cost of that service.  When possible, your stylist may be able to substitute another service in it's place. additions or reductions to services are solely at the discretion of the stylist. if you have time constraints, please make sure to ask our client coordinator for the duration of your appointment.  

 

 

 

As a courtesy; Taglio Salon confirms your services 2 days prior to your appointment.  we ask that you verify your contact information with our appointment coordinators.  it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointment and cancellation fees. taglio salon is not responsible for missed appointments if confirmation is not received.  we encourage you to call or email our appointment coordinators if you are unsure of your service date and or time.

TARDINESS POLICY: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be obligated to shorten or reschedule your services.
