Service SATISFACTION

Policy

At taglio salon, we strive to make sure that every guest leaves happy. 

 If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave or within one week.  services are non-refundable.  however every attempt will be made to make sure you are satisfied if a technical error was made by one of our stylists.  Corrections are done by the original stylist unless arrangements are made with the approval of management. 

any corrections resulting from the client changing their mind will be done at the client's expense.

taglio salon will not be held responsible for corrections done outside of our salon.  Once another stylist has touched your hair, taglio salon is absolved from any culpability.

 

At home maintenance is an integral part of the coloring process.  Taglio Salon and it's stylists, cannot be held responsible for undesirable color longevity if recommended home maintenance products and regimen are not followed.
